BIOGRAPHY

Wendy Schmidt was born and raised in Coquitlam,  and now resides in New Westminster, BC. 

My aim is to express my appreciation of nature and wildlife through my paintings and photography.

I enjoy painting  wildlife in its natural habitat, doing what nature does best.   I  like capturing a peaceful feeling, a calmness of colours.

I am inspired by observing nature. There is always something new to see and re-create in a painting.   Our Creator has given us a never ending  discovery in nature.
